What Exactly is a COMPUSITTER?
The patented COMPUSITTER is an innovative fully AUTOMATIC utility backup system that installs by simply plugging it into a wall outlet, then connecting your computer system to it. Once online, it will power your existing computers, whenever needed, AUTOMATICALLY. COMPUSITTER has its own Transfer Switch and Power Supply built right in. The internal power cell completely and AUTOMATICALLY re-energizes, on demand, when utility power is restored.

Is COMPUSITTER a U.P.S.?
NO. Unlike the U.P.S. (Uninterrupted Power Systems) designed to shut your computer system down between 5 to 15 minutes, our Compusitter will provide for HOURS at a time and possibly throughout the entire outage, so you remain in business, regardless. An example of this advantage is our standard reserve cell. Our basic systems come with a minimum 180ah cell (as compared to the 7ah cell standard to the U.P.S.), which translates to at least 25 times the reserve capacity.

What About the Cost?
Prices of the Compusitter generally range between the cost of a typical multi-battery U.P.S., and a Home Generator system. However, our systems can cost a fraction of what existing computer network back-up system alternatives would cost.

What If I Need More Reserve Time?
COMPUSITTER cells can be “linked” to increase reserve time. Ask your dealer about our Model 1800/2800 PowerPacks. Our “07” Charging/Run cords are also available as an accessory which help revive existing cells during an outage.
